SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we ship our products within Switzerland only. Free shipping from CHF 150 within Switzerland.We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for oversize orders. Shipping within Switzerland takes 2-5 business days. To discuss the option of shipping outside of Switzerland please contact us via contact form or email (contact@fuechsli-zueri.ch).
OUR RETURN POLICY
An exchange is possible within 14 days after prior contact via email (contact@fuechsli-zueri.ch).
It is important to us to always have satisfied customers.
The article name, the invoice number and a reason must be disclosed.
The shipping costs of the returns are not covered by fuechsli-zueri.ch and are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping costs of the purchase from fuechsli-zueri.ch are the responsibility of the buyer, even if the order is completely returned.
Discount items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refer to the size info before ordering. Contact us if anything is unclear.
